NWI Theory of Change and Evaluation models

Join us in helping to shape the National Workplace Initiative’s draft Theory of Change and Evaluation models.

Through the development process of the National Workplace Initiative, we recognised that evaluating initiatives to support mentally healthy workplaces can be complex. With numerous influences on mentally healthy workplaces and a growing range of activities and supports, providers and policy makers need a framework that captures meaningful outcomes within this complexity.

The Theory of Change and Evaluation models may provide a framework for designing and evaluating a range of other initiatives to support mentally healthy workplaces.

We are seeking feedback to refine our Theory of Change and Evaluation Model.

Our engagement survey has now closed but any further comments can be sent directly to the team(External link) as we compile your feedback.
