The Mentally Healthy Workplaces digital platform being created through the National Workplace Initiative aims to act as a ‘one-stop-shop’ to help organisations navigate information that can help their workplace become more mentally healthy.
The digital platform will include content curated from a range of organisations including Commonwealth, state and territory agencies, academic institutions, industry associations, unions and service providers.
The National Workplace Initiative needs a clear process for quality assurance so organisations can trust that the resources provided within the digital platform are:
informed by evidence
reflect relevant legislated requirements
user friendly, accessible, and easy to implement
relevant to organisations and their needs.
To deliver these requirements, the National Workplace Initiative has developed a Quality Assurance Framework for quality assuring third-party content within the digital platform.
The Quality Assurance Framework has been created in collaboration and consultation with representatives of businesses, unions, academics, regulators, service providers and people with lived experience of mental ill-health.
