National Monitoring Framework for Mentally Healthy Workplaces
The National Workplace Initiative has developed the Monitoring Framework as part of our aim to lead a nationally consistent approach to mentally healthy workplaces.
The Monitoring Framework reports on the state of mentally healthy workplaces in Australia and helps guide collective action and strategic direction. The framework establishes the measures and metrics that all interested stakeholders can use to track long-term changes and trends in mentally healthy workplaces.
The Monitoring Framework will be relevant to government and public agencies developing policy and supports, business and industry groups, unions, mental and workplace health organisations and research institutions.
The National Workplace Initiative worked with the University of Wollongong as an expert partner in the development of the Monitoring Framework.
We welcome comments on the Monitoring Framework. Comments can be provided by emailing the National Workplace Initiative team.
